Thirty-one price lists would be the wrong product
The site opens with Beijing transcribed and the national cap calculated. The other provinces are named so a reader can see they were not forgotten.
A search for a city's lawyer fees usually lands on a table copied from the old government-guidance era, then applied to a commercial case that rule no longer prices. The 2014 national price notice left government guidance in place for criminal defence and a short list of livelihood cases. The 2021 opinion then told firms to write and file their own schedules.
If your matter is a business dispute, ask the firm for the schedule it filed and for a contract that names the fee, the stage, and the expenses that are not the fee. If your matter is criminal defence in Beijing, or one of the livelihood cases on that city's list, the ranges on the Beijing page are the government text.
