辽宁省自2017年8月28日起已放开律师服务收费、实行市场调节价，不再有政府指导价计时收费标准；收费标准由各律师事务所自行制定并向市律师协会备案。

- 已停止执行的政府指导价收费标准（历史对照，勿引用为现行） 辽价发〔2007〕62号《辽宁省律师服务收费管理实施办法》附件2《辽宁省律师服务收费标准（试行）》曾规定：刑事侦查阶段1000-3000元/件、审查起诉阶段1000-3000元/件、审判（一审）阶段1500-4000元；不涉及财产关系的民事案件800-3000元/件；涉及财产关系按标的额4%-5%至0.5%分段累加；重大复杂案件可在不高于基准价5倍范围内协商。该标准本身即为‘试行一年’，并已被2017年8月28日放开律师服务收费（辽价发〔2017〕67号）及本次辽司〔2023〕17号所取代，现不得作为收费依据。
