据安徽省发展和改革委员会2024年4月29日在线咨询公开答复：根据《安徽省定价目录》和现行政策规定，安徽省律师服务收费标准已不再实行政府定价管理，皖价服〔2013〕17号已废止。此前皖价服〔2016〕13号已将政府指导价范围缩小至刑事案件辩护与代理、特定民生类民事行政诉讼代理、国家赔偿案件代理三类，其余全部放开实行市场调节价。
